All Application items MUST BE HANDWRITTEN unless otherwise stated.

1) Write a letter explaining how you intend to use this grant and why you feel you deserve it. Length of letter should be just enough to cover the subject and state your real feelings.

2) List your participation in the Club. This includes attendance at Club meeting, instances of serving as a volunteer worker in Club functions, and showing in Club shows. Include dates and event names, if possible.)

3) List your participation in other equine activities.

4) List your participation in community service activities of any type.

5) Attach the following to this application:

REQUIRED

a. Copy of information detailing event (brochure, copy of course description/fees or flyer)

b. Two letters of recommendation (non-family, may be typed on letterhead paper)

OPTIONAL

a. Transcript (if relevant to request and if you feel it will help your case)

b. Any other documentation that you feel will help convince the judges that the grant should be made to you.
